The Gut-Brain Connection

What can your gut tell you about your risk of getting Alzheimer’s or dementia?

It may sound far-fetched but researchers found that the composition of gut bacteria in mice with Alzheimer’s is different from the gut bacteria in healthy mice.

How is that possible?

It turns out, the wrong bacteria are involved in the development of beta-amyloid plaque which forms the lumps at the nerve fibers and causes damage to the brain in Alzheimer’s disease.

But it doesn’t stop there…

Your gut contains some 100 million neurons, more than in either the spinal cord or the peripheral nervous system! And this “second brain” is directly connected to your primary brain influencing how we feel, what we crave, our mental sharpness…

So not only does our gut impact our brain health physically, it’s also interlinked with your thoughts, emotions and decisions.

Now whether the gut-brain connection works for or against you depends on how you treat your gut which is why I’m so excited to invite you to the GI Health Summit.

For the first time, 40 of the world’s leading GI researchers and health experts are coming together to share with you the latest insights. GI Health is the new frontier of health – and the best part: you can implement most of the advice right away without medication or procedures!

Click here to claim your complimentary spot now.

You’ll discover how to use the gut-brain connection in your favor, get practical tips and walk away with a framework to not just prevent dementia but thrive in life.

Did you know for example that 70% of our immune system lives in our gut? Or that you have 10 trillion bacteria in your gut weighing as much as your brain?

The fact is:

Except for oxygen, all our fuel goes through our gut. Without our gut bacteria we would be dead. And if the gut bacteria is disturbed, the whole body is disturbed. That’s why GI problems have been linked to:

  • Dementia
  • Weight gain
  • Brain fog
  • Depression
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Cancer
  • Auto-Immune disease
  • Diabetes

The list goes on and on. So if you want to thrive in life, you have to start with your gut.

Click here now and get the latest insights for your health.

Live long, love life and be well!

P.S. Just one more thing that blew my mind: 99% of the DNA that helps us function is the DNA of the trillions of bacteria in our gut. Think about that – only 1% of the DNA responsible for human life is our own. It’s time we give our GI tract the respect it deserves, it may just change your life! So please share this email with anyone who may be struggling with their health and reserve your spot on the GI Health Summit right here.
