New Qi Gong for Beginners Class With Lee Holden

With so much uncertainty and chaos happening all around us there’s never been a better time to take your health into your own hands.

How would you like to get all the benefits of yoga and meditation from just ONE effortless practice?

That’s what you get with Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”), an ancient healthcare system designed to help you relieve pain, boost immunity, and transform stress into vitality.

Even though it was created some 4,000 years ago, it’s still regarded around the world as one of the most powerful methods of preventing illness, healing dis-ease, and prolonging life.

On Sunday, August 23rd, join master Lee Holden for his Introduction to Qi Gong for Beginners workshop… where he’ll share how you can use Qi Gong to help you enter a life-changing state of flow, release stress and anxiety, and elevate your internal energy.

How does Qi Gong work?

It’s easy.

You use simple, easy-to-follow, effortless movements to nourish the flow of your “Qi” or “life-force energy” through your body.

The movements are gentle, uplifting, and easy-to-do.

Imagine a warm, golden light washing through your entire body…

Washing away pain, stress, tightness, and tension.

And replacing them with calm inner peace and deep relaxation.

It’s like a gentle “moving meditation” that leaves you feeling calm and energized.

The more you practice, the more deeply you’ll connect to your own body… and activate the natural restorative and healing powers contained within you.

P.S. Here’s what Larry Parsons, of Lee’s students, shared after practicing Qi Gong:

“I found Lee when I was 60 & weighed 305 lbs & had trouble even walking a few blocks. I have practiced Some form of Qi Gong daily since I watched Lee on PBS. I lost 125 lbs & transformed my life using Qi energy.

“I now weigh close to what I did in High School & can now walk for miles despite knee injuries.”

A downloadable recording will be provided after the workshop to all who register, whether or not you attend the live workshop.
