“Have you tried meditating?”

There’s a good chance you’ve heard this from someone. Maybe from a friend in whom you’ve confided a challenge, or perhaps your doctor. At some point, you might even have given it a try – but how was sitting and breathing really supposed to help?

But here’s the thing – it actually can help – and does.

Few can speak to this with as much authority as Jon Kabat-Zinn, one of the most important figures in bringing the tools and teachings of mindfulness meditation into the mainstream.

For 40 years, Jon has been teaching these methods through the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, treating more than 24,000 people for conditions ranging from severe anxiety to post-traumatic stress disorder.

Now you have an opportunity to learn directly from one of the premier teachers of the mindfulness movement and apply these techniques to your daily life: Opening to Our Lives: An Eight-Week Immersive Online Learning Experience in Mindfulness Meditation. ENROLL NOW

Over eight weeks, Jon will guide you through establishing a friendlier relationship with every aspect of your life. And whether you’re already familiar with the basics of meditation or not, Opening to Our Lives provides a set of training skills from a master teacher that will form the foundation for a lifetime of practice.

The program begins October 28th. GO HERE TO ENROLL NOW
